The experiences documented on this website are from my second course of Accutane. I did one course when I was 17, which kept my skin very clear for about 7 years. After that time I did start breaking out again, though not nearly as bad as when I was 17. I was under an extreme amount of stress in my mid to late 20's, so that may have had something to do with it, but I ended up doing another course of Accutane when I was 28.
